| 摘 要： | 报道经手术证实的２８例腰椎间盘突出患者的ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ所见，观察到腰椎间盘膨隆和间盘疝的ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ表现及其所引起的硬膜囊和神经根受压，移位，变形、，钙化，真空征等伴地ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ诊断结果分析对比，重点讨论了二者在腰椎间检查中的诊断价值及各自的限度。

Findings of bulging and herniation by CT and MRI as well pressed, shift, deformed, calcification, vacuum of dural sac and nerve root.
