六味地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加减治疗更年期综合征84例

[目的]观察六味地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加减治疗更年期综合征84例疗效。[方法]治疗组给予六味地黄汤合丹栀逍遥散加减,每日1剂。对照组用维生素B_1片、B_6片和谷维素片各20mg,口服,每天3次。两组均治疗1个月。[结果]治疗组显效32例(38.1%),好转35例(41.7%),无效17例(20.2%),总有效率79.8%。对照组中显效0例,好转15例,无效57例(79.2%),总有效率16.7%。[结论]治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。

Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients and Danzhi Xiaoyao San Treating 84 Cases of Menopausal Syndrome

[ Objective ] Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients and Danzhi Xiaoyao San efficacy of treatment of 84 cases of menopausal syndrome. [ Method ] The treatment group received Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients and Danzhi Xiaoyao San, day 1 , decoction to 400mL clothes, warm clothes morning and evening hours. Control group with vitamin B1 tablets, B6 tablets and tablets of the oryzanol 20mg, oral, 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 1 month. [Results]32 cases markedly effective in the treatment group （38. 1% ）, improved in 35Cases （41.7%）, ineffective in 17 cases （20.2%） , the total effective rate 79.8%. 0 cases in the control group, markedly effective, improved in 15 cases, 57 cases ineffective （79.2%） , 16.7% total efficiency. [ Conclusion]The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.
