杭州市企业管理者对特需医疗保健服务意向的调查分析

目的通过调查和分析杭州市企业中层以上管理者对特需医疗保健服务项目和选择就医机构的意向和要求,以及影响意向的因素,探讨针对此特定人群的医疗服务形式,为医院开展满足该人群需求的医疗保健服务形式提供参考。方法随机抽取杭州市10家省级企业中层管理者263名为研究对象,通过自填问卷的方式获取资料,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果调查对象中,50%以上会选择特需医疗服务;最希望开展的前三位特需医疗保健服务项目为健康体检、保健咨询、家庭保健;90%以上希望开展健康体检项目;60%以上可接受目前特需医疗服务收费水平的2~4倍的特需医疗保健服务收费;市县级医院(47.5%)、省级医院(39.5%)是调查对象首选的医疗机构;影响调查对象选择就医医院的主要因素(按重要性排名)依次为:医疗技术水平、医疗设备、服务态度、医疗费用、就医环境、医疗服务;不同性别、年龄、婚姻状态、学历、企业性质、收入的调查对象对上述问题的看法有差异。结论在杭州市企业中层以上管理者中开展特需服务有较大的市场。

The Special Medical Services Intent of Managers of Enterprises in Hangzhou City

Objective To investigate the intent and demand of Special Medical Service Needs （SNMS） and medical organizations choosing in managers of Hangzhou enterprises. Methods 263 managers in 10 enterprises were selected randomly in this study. The data were acquired from a self - administered questionnaire and analyzed by statistical methods. Results 50% of the respondents showed their inclination to choose the SNMS; the respondents expected the items of the SNMS ineluding medical examination （90%）, hygiene consultation, and home care. 60% of the respondents could accept the price of two to four times of the present price of the SNMS. County hospitals, municipal hospitals and provincial hospitals were their preferred choice. The factors affected their choice of hospitals were the level of medical technology, medical equipment, service attitude, medical expense, medical environment and medical services ; There were some different views for questions between different gender, age, marital status, education, ownership and income. Conclusion There would be large market demand towards SNMS in managers in Hangzhou city.
