| 摘 要： | 目的：建立愈银片中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：Hypersil BDS C18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：乙晴-0．1％磷酸（14：86），流速：1．0ml·ml^-1，柱温：25℃，检测波长230nm。结果：芍药苷在0.20～1.00μg之间线性关系良好，回收率为100．6％，RSD为1．8％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简单，快速，可用于愈银片中芍药苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the determination of paeonitlorin in the Yuyin tablets. Method： HPLC was used with the Hypersil BDS C18 column（ 150mm ×4.6mm,5μm） , the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid （14： 86） , the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^- 1, the column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 230nm. Result： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.2 - 1.0μg. The average recovery was 100.6% with RSD of 1.8% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and can be used for qulity control of this preparation. |
