Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨凋亡蛋白抑制因子Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达以及在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用和意义。方法应用免疫组化EnVisionMT法检测乳腺癌细胞和良性乳腺病变细胞中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果Survivin在45例乳腺癌中的阳性表达率为55.6%,20例良性乳腺病变中的阳性表达率为0,阳性表达率和表达强度组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与淋巴结转移和临床分期显著相关(P<0.01)。结论Survivin过表达与乳腺癌的进展和恶性程度相关,对其发生、发展起促进作用;可作为乳腺癌预后和疗效评估的参考指标。

Expression and significance of Survivin in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin, and determine the role in breast cancer. Methods The expression of Survivin in breast cancer and breast benign pathology were examined by immunohischemistry method(EnVisionMT). Results Among 45 cases of breast cancer, the positive expression rates of Survivin proteins were 55.6%,0 in 20 cases of breast benign pathology. The expressions of Survivin proteins in breast benign pathology were significantly different from those in breast cancer(P<0.01). The positive expression rate and degree was significantly related to lymph node metastasis and the stage (P<0.01). Conclusion Survivin was overexpressed in breast cancer and it was related to the advancement and malignant behavior of in breast cancer. Survivin may play promotion roles in the development of in breast cancer and it may are a references index in prognosis assessment and treatment.
