脑卒中病人心理一致感的研究进展

从现状、主要测评工具、影响因素、干预措施综述脑卒中病人心理一致感的研究进展。指出目前国内外对脑卒中病人心理一致感的干预主要包括干预认知行为和改善社会支持等。由于受到研究工具和研究方法的限制，我国心理一致感的研究层面较浅，多为横断面研究，相对缺乏干预研究和质性研究，对脑卒中病人心理一致感干预后疗效的追踪调查研究较少。今后应明确脑卒中病人心理一致感的作用机制，制订符合我国国情的提高病人心理一致感的干预措施。

Research progress on the sense of coherence in patients with stroke

The research progress of sense of coherence in patients with stroke was reviewed from the current situation,main assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention measures.It is pointed out that the current interventions of sense of coherence for stroke patients in China and abroad mainly include the intervention of cognitive behavior and improvement of social support.Due to the limitations of research tools and research methods,the research of sense of coherence in China is relatively low research level,mostly cross-sectional studies,and relatively lack of intervention research and qualitative research,few follow-up investigations on the efficacy of the intervention of sense of coherence in stroke patients.In the future,it is necessary to clarify the mechanism of sense of coherence in patients with stroke,and formulate intervention measures to improve the sense of coherence of patients in accordance with China′s national conditions.
