我国灵性护理研究热点分析

目的:分析国内灵性护理的研究现状及发展趋势,为今后该领域的研究提供指导和借鉴。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)和万方数据库内所有公开发表的灵性护理相关文献。利用Microsoft Excel 2019和NoteExpress 3.2软件进行文献计量学分析。结果:共纳入文献169篇,其中获基金支持的论文占32.54%;《护理学杂志》是刊载相关文献最多的杂志;湖南省发文数量最多;研究类型以量性研究为主;文献的合作度为3.07。结论:灵性护理越来越受到重视,但灵性护理研究目前仍存在总体发文量较少、文献质量不高及研究范围相对局限等不足。在今后的发展中可开展多学科交叉的研究模式推动创新发展,在现有研究基础上进一步探讨适合我国国情的灵性照护方法及交流模式,从而为病人构建更加可行的灵性护理方案,进一步提高护理服务质量。

Analysis of research hot spots in spiritual nursing in China

Objective:To analyze the research status quo and development trend of domestic spiritual nursing,so as to provide guidance and reference for future related research.Methods:CNKI,VIP and WanFang Database were searched for all the published literature in China from the database establishment.Microsoft Excel 2019 and NoteExpress 3.2 were used for bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 169 articles were included,of which 32.54%were funded papers;Journal of Nursing Science was the most relevant journal;Hunan Province had the largest number of documents;the research type was mainly quantitative research;the cooperation degree of literature was 3.07.Conclusions:At present,there are still some shortcomings in spiritual nursing research,such as less publications,low literature quality and relatively limited research scope.In the future development,multi-disciplinary research mode can be carried out to promote innovative development,and spiritual care methods and communication modes suitable for China′s national conditions can be further discussed on the basis of existing research,so as to build a more feasible spiritual care scheme for patients and further improve the quality of nursing services.
