集束化干预方案预防谵妄有效性的Meta分析

目的:通过Meta分析明确集束化谵妄预防措施的有效性。方法:检索万方、PubMed等数据库,对纳入研究进行质量评价后,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献,发现针对谵妄危险因素的干预措施对降低谵妄发生率和住院病死率具有综合效应,分别下降40%和79%。结论:集束化措施可有效降低谵妄发生率和病死率。

Randomized controlled trials of cluster interventions for prevention of delirium:a meta-analysis

Objective:To clarify the effectiveness of cluster delirium preventive measures through meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of cluster interventions to prevent delirium were retrieved from the Wanfang Database,PubMed,and other databases.The quality of the included studies was evaluated,and then RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis.Results:A total of 12 articles were included.It was found that interventions targeting delirium risk factors had a combined effect in reducing delirium incidence and in-hospital mortality by 40%and 79%,respectively.Conclusions:Cluster preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of delirium.
