高效液相色谱法测定大风丸中蛇床子素的含量

摘    要:目的建立大风丸中蛇床子素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS1 C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1mol/L硫酸铵溶液(70:30),用硫酸溶液(1→5)调pH为2.5,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长322nm。结果蛇床子素在0.101-0.808μg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为r=9.964406×10^-3X-1.355684×10^-3,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.40%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,是大风丸中蛇床子素定量分析的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for determining the content of Fructus Cnidii in Dafeng wan by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil ODS1 C18 column was used with CH3OH-0.1 mol/L (NH4)2SO4 (70 : 30) [adjust pH to 2.5 by sulphuric acid solution {145}] as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.101-0.808 μg for the Fructus Cnidii and linear equation was Y=9.964406× 10^-3X-1.355684X 10^-1, r=0.999 5. The average recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 1.40% (n =6). Conclusion This method was simple and accurate, with good specificity and repeatability, which provides scientific quantitative analysis method of Fructus Cnidii in Dafeng wan.
