| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氯沙坦对血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）诱导巨噬细胞MMP-9表达的影响。方法：体外培养巨噬细胞,测定AngⅡ诱导巨噬细胞MMP-9表达及氯沙坦的干预作用。结果：AngⅡ组MMP-9表达明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且1×10-7mol/LAngⅡ亚组MMP-9表达明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;AngⅡ＋氯沙坦组MMP-9表达明显低于AngⅡ组（P〈0.05）。结论：氯沙坦可阻断AngⅡ与AT1受体结合,下调巨噬细胞MMP-9的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the impact of losartan on matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） expression in macrophage of angiotensin Ⅱ -induced. Methods：To observe MMP-9 expression of angiotensin Ⅱ-induced in macrophage to culture in vitro and the role of losartan. Results：MMP-9 expression in angiotensin Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）, and MMP-9 expression in 1×10^-7 mol/L angiotensin Ⅱ subset was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）; angiotensin Ⅱ ＋ losartan group was significantly lower than that in angiotensin Ⅱ group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Losartan maybe obstruct the combination of Ang Ⅱ and AT1 receptor to down-regulate the MMP-9 expression in macrophage. |
