乳腺癌组织中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2的表达及其与雌激素受体、孕激素受体相关性的研究

目的：研究胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2（IGFBP-2）在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与乳腺癌临床病理学特征的关系及与雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）的相关性.方法：用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中IGFBP-2和ER、PR的表达水平.结果：在不同大小原发灶、年龄和类型乳腺癌组织中IGFBP-2的表达率无显著差异（P＞0.05） ;IGFBP-2在有淋巴结转移乳腺癌中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移乳腺癌（P＜0.05）.IGFBP-2与ER在乳腺癌中的表达呈中度正相关（P＜0.01,rs=0.486）;与PR在乳腺癌中表达无明显相关性 （P＞0.05,rs=0.271）.结论：IGFBP-2的表达在乳腺癌的发展和侵袭转移可能起重要作用,并与ER在乳腺癌中的表达呈正相关,提示IGFBP-2的高表达可能是乳腺癌预后不良的指标之一,对乳腺癌的临床治疗有一定的指导作用.

Expression of IGFBP-2 and its correlation with estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor in breast cancer

AIM: To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-2 (IGFBP-2) in breast cancer and its connection with clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer as well as the correlation between IGFBP-2 expression and estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR). METHODS: Examined the expression of IGFBP-2, ER and PR in 42 cases of the breast carcinomas with the immunohistochemical technique (S-P method). RESULTS: There was no significant difference between the primary tumor extension, age and category in breast cancer (P> 0.05 ); the positive percentage of IGFBP-2 was statistically higher in breast cancer with metastasis in lymph node than those without metastasis in lymph node (P< 0.05 ). The expression of IGFBP-2 in breast cancer is midrange positive correlation with that of ER (P< 0.01 ,r_s= 0.486 ), and it is not connected with expression of PR in breast cancer (P> 0.05 ,r_s= 0.271 ). CONCLUSION: The expression of IGFBP-2 may play an important role in the progression, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, and there is a positive correlation between the expression of IGFBP-2 and ER in breast cancer. It demonstrates that over expression of IGFBP-2 may be a reference to evaluate unfavourable prognosis of breast cancer.
