黑芝麻油对大白耳兔血脂的调节作用

目的:了解黑芝麻油对动脉粥样硬化模型兔血脂的影响。方法:将24只大白耳兔随机分成基础饲料组和高脂饲料组和黑芝麻油组,每组8只,各组饲喂不同饲料20周后,取静脉血测定总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯。结果:比较3个组的总胆固醇值和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇值,高脂饲料组与基础饲料组比较显著增高(P<0.01),黑芝麻油组与高脂饲料组比较显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:黑芝麻油具有较明显的降血脂作用,其降脂作用主要表现在降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇进而降低总胆固醇。

Accommodation effects of black sesame oil on blood lipid in rabbit with atherosclerosis

Objective To observe the effects of black sesame oil on blood lipid in rabbit with atherosclerosis. Method 24 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups as follows: the basic fodder group, the cholesterol fodder group and the black sesame oil group. There were 8 rabbits in each group and they were fed with different fodder. After 20 weeks, the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) in serum of rabbits were determined. Results The concertrations of TC and LDL-C in the cholesterol fodder group were significantly higher than that in the basic fodder group(P<0.01). The concertrations of TC and LDL-C in the black sesame oil group were significantly lower than that in the cholesterol fodder group(P<0.01). Conclusion The black sesame oil decreases blood lipid of atherosclerosis rabbits by decreasing LDL-C .
