护生参与临床护理志愿者服务的实践与探讨

目的探讨护生参与临床护理志愿者服务的工作模式和管理方法。方法护生利用周末时间进入医院参与志愿者服务,为生活不能自理的病人提供生活照顾、聊天、读报等。结果病人及家属、医护人员和护理志愿者对护理志愿者服务的满意度分别为97.00%、95.00%、98.33%;认为应该坚持的认同率分别为99.00%、97.50%、98.33%。结论护生参与临床护理志愿活动,实现了学校、医院和护生三方共赢,值得大力倡导。

Practice of nursing students participating in voluntary services of clinical nursing

Objective To explore the model and the management method of nursing students participating in voluntary services of clinical nursing. Methods Nursing students worked as volunteers in hospitals on weekends to provide services,such as living care,chatting,reading newspaper, for patients who couldnt take care of themselves. Results The satisfaction degree of patients and their families, medical staff and nursing volunteers with the voluntary service practice were 97.00% , 95.00% , and 98.33% respectively. The rates of agreement that the services should be continuous were 99.00% , 97. 50% , and 98.33%. Conclusion The voluntary activities of nursing students participating in clinical care is beneficial for schools, hospitals and students themselves. It should be strongly advocated.
