神经内镜下经单鼻蝶入路切除垂体腺瘤

[目的]总结经单鼻孔入路神经内镜辅助下切除垂体腺瘤的手术方法、疗效及体会.[方法]对22 例垂体腺瘤患者采用经单鼻孔入路神经内镜辅助下切除手术方法予切除,观察其疗效.[结果]内镜下肿瘤全切18 例,近全切除4例,无严重并发症及死亡.术后随访6～24个月,症状和内分泌学指标均有所改善,肿瘤无复发.[结论]神经内镜下经鼻蝶手术是治疗垂体腺瘤微创、有效、安全的方法.

Endoscopic Single-nostril Transsphenoidal Surgery for Pituitary Adenomas

[Objective] To summarize the method, effect and experience of endoscope-assisted surgical removal via single nostril approach for pituitary adenoma. [Methods] Twenty two patients with pituitary adenoma underwent endoscope-assisted surgical removal via single-nostril approach. The effect was observed. [Results] Endoscopic total removal of the tumor was performed for t8 cases, and subtotal removal was performed for 4 cases. There was no severe complication and death. All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. The symptoms and endocrinologieal parameters were improved and there was no recurrence. [Conclusion] Endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma surgery is minimally invasive, effective and safe method.
