| 摘 要： | 目的：观察纳络酮对急性酒精中毒的治疗效果。方法：将116例急性酒精中毒患者随机分为纳络酮治疗组(68人)和对照组(48人)进行对照分析。结果：纳络酮治疗组见效时间、临床治愈时间均明显优于对照组(P＜0．01)。结论：应用纳络酮治疗急性酒精中毒疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of naloxone for acute alcohlism.Methods: 116 patients with acute alcoholism were randomly divided into two groups naloxone group(68 patients) and control group(48 patients).Results: The former group was superior to the latter group.The drug showed its effectiveness more quickly in the former than in the latter and the cure time was also seen earlier in the former.Conclusion: Naloxone has a significant effectiveness for acute alcoholism. |
