家庭环境因素与大学生成就动机的相关研究

目的 分析家庭环境因素与大学生成就动机的相关性。方法 采用自拟调查表．父母教养方式量表和成就动机量表对河南大学在校学生236人进行调查。结果 在父母教养方式中，父母的情感温暖、理解与大学生追求成功的动机和合成动机有显著性相关，而父亲的过度保护和父亲的惩罚严厉与避免失败有显著性相关，同时父亲过度保护对合成动机有显著的负相关。父亲职业与成就动机中追求成功、避免失败及合成动机相关都显著，母亲职业与追求成功动机相关显著。

Research on the Relationship between Family Environment Factors and Achievement Motivation in the College Students

Objective To study the relationship between family environment factors and achievement motivation in the college students. Methods Self-rating questionnaire,EMBU and AMS were performed by 236 students who are in the Henan University. Results It showed that there is a significant correlation between parents' warmth and comprehension and the motivation of pursuing success and the synthetic achievement motivation of college students in the parental rearing styles. In the other hand,there are father's over protection and severity and punishment and the motivation of avoiding failure there are significant correlations. Furthermore, there are father's over protection and the synthetic achievement motivation there are significant negative correlation between. There are significant correlations between father's occupation and achievement motivation and mother's occupation and the motivation of pursuing success.
