大肠癌标本端粒酶活性检测的应用价值

目的：探讨端粒酶活性检测在大肠癌活检标本中的应用价值。方法：应用改良的TRAP银染法，检测39例大肠癌，21例溃疡性结肠炎，22例正常大肠黏膜活性检标本端粒酶活性。结果：39例大肠癌阳性率为89，7％，21例溃疡性结肠炎阳性率为9．5％，22例正常对照组阳性率为0％，大肠癌端粒酶活性阳性率与肿瘤临床病理分期、组织学类型、肿瘤大小及部位无显著相关。结论：大肠癌活性标本端粒酶活性检测对大肠癌的诊断及与溃疡性结肠炎的鉴别诊断、治疗有重要的价值。

Practical Value of Telomerase Activity Detecion in Colorectal Carcinomas Spechnens

Objective:To study the practical value of testing the telomerase activity from colorectal cancinomas specimens.Methods:The Telonerase activity in 39 endoscopic specimens of colorectal canciomas,21 endoscopic specimens form ulcerative colitis,22 from normal colorectal mucosas were examined by silver staining telomerase repeat amplilication protocol(TRAP).Result:In the 39 colorectal carcinomas,35(89.7)had detectable telomerase activity,in 21 ulcerative colitis,2(9.5%)had detectable telomerase activity and 22 normal colorectal mucosae the telomerase activity was not detectable.Conclusion:Colorectal canainomas from endoscopy could help to make the diagnosis of the patients.
