酸性氧化电位水在儿童医院洁净单元的应用研究

摘    要:目的:研究酸性氧化电位水在儿童医院洁净单元的应用。方法:采用现场采样评价的检测方法进行了监测,用酸性氧化电位水进行消毒,随机抽取地面、墙面、物体表面以及空气各样本30例进行细菌学检测。结果:使用酸性氧化电位水在洁净单元消毒之后对科室内环境消毒作用3min,对科室内物体表面消毒作用3min,对空调过滤网喷洒消毒作用3min,空气消毒30min,符合《消毒技术规范》的要求。结论:使用酸性氧化电位水在儿童医院洁净单元进行消毒,消毒效果达到了国家标准,杀菌迅速、安全、环保、无刺激性气味,并且在使用之后环境和物体表面色泽较好,同时去除了长期聚集的水垢。酸性氧化电位水适于在儿童医院的洁净单元使用。

A research on application of acidic Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water (EOW) disinfection in Pure unit of Children's Hospital

Abstract:Objective: To value the effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) disinfection in pure unit of Children’s Hospitals. Method: The detection methods of field sampling were used. Objects and environment surface were disinfected by EOW for 3min and air was disinfected for 30min. Bacteriological tests were made before and after disinfection on selected randomly samplings. Results: The total amount of bacteria on object surface, environment surface and air was conformed to the Standards of Disinfection Techniques. Conclusion: Applying acidic EOW to disinfect in pure unit of Children’s Hospital can fulfill the state standards completely and has some advantages such as strong germicidal activity, being safer, beneficial for environment, and without any irritant odor. The environment and object surface luster can be better and simultaneously long-term accumulation boiler can remove after use. EOW is appropriate to be used in pure unit of Children’s Hospital.
