| 摘 要： | 1985年,我院内科对800例患腰背痛,其中部分为外院疑有强直性脊柱炎(AS)的病人,进行了临床及HLA-B_(27)检查。根据纽约诊断标准,确诊为AS病者80例,其发病年龄多在12～30岁之间,男女之比例为6.3∶1;72例AS病人之HLA-B_(27)阳性,5例病人有家族史,提示本病与遗传因素有关。部分病人做到了早期诊断。我们认为,对患腰背痛的病人进行HLA-B_(27)检查,可提高医生对AS发病之警觉。

| Abstract: | In 1985,800 patients,who suffered from lower back pain and some of whom weresuspected to have AS in other hospitals,were examined clinically and with the HLA-B_(27)test in our clinic.According to the New York criteria,the diagnosis of AS wasestablished in 80 patients.The disease usually occurs between 12 and 30 years of age.It is insidious in onset,more common in males than in females(6.3:1).90% of 80cases showed positive HLA-B_(27)test and 5 of them had a positive family history,thusindicating it to be related to genetically predisposing factor.The early diagnosis of AScould be made in some of the 80 cases and the application of the HLA-B_(27)test mighthelp doctors to be aware of AS. |
