经乳晕弧形切口与经放射切口乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术的临床对照研究

目的:比较两种不同切口(经乳晕弧形切口与经放射切口)切除乳腺纤维腺瘤的临床疗效并探讨经乳晕弧形切口乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术的优势。方法:通过随访,回顾性研究2010年1月-2012年1月期间在我院接受乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术患者的临床资料,其中经乳晕弧形切口手术65例(观察组),经放射切口手术41例(对照组),比较两组手术的手术时间、手术出血量、切口长度、并发症和术后1年以上随访的满意度。结果:两组手术时间和出血量比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组的手术切口明显较对照组小(P<0.01)且更加美观,术后随访观察组患者满意度明显优于对照组。结论:两种不同切口乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术均可获得满意的临床疗效,但经乳晕弧形切口更小更美观,患者满意度更高。

The Controlled Clinical Study of Fibroadenoma Ectomy by Circum-areola and Radial Incision

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of fibroadenoma ectomy by two different incision(circum-areola incision or radial incision).And explore the advantages of fibroadenoma ectomy by circum-areola incision(FECAI).Methods:Retrospective study of the clinical data of patients whom accepted fibroadenoma ectomy in our hospital from January 2010to January 2012,FECAI had 65cases(observation group)and fibroadenoma ectomy by radial incision 41 cases(control group).To compare the operative time,blood loss,length of incision,complications and postoperative satisfaction(follow-up for more than one year).Results:There was not significant difference of operative time and amount of bleeding in the two groups(P>0.05).But the incision of the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.01)and was more beautiful.The postoperative satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Fibroadenoma ectomy by circum-areola and radial incision could get good clinical efficacy.The advantages of FECAI include minimally invasive,cosmetology and high degree of satisfaction.
