| 摘 要： | 目的 观察头孢吡肟(马斯平)与亚胺培南／西司他丁(泰能)治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的疗效。方法 分析52例呼吸机相关性肺炎的治疗，24例应用头孢吡肟1．0加入5％GS 100ml静滴，bid，28例应用亚胺培南／西司他丁，1．0g加入5％GS 100ml静滴，bid，7～12d为1个疗程。结果 头孢吡肟的临床有效率81．9％，治愈率77．3％，亚胺培南／西司他丁有效率84．2％，治愈率80．8％。结论 头孢吡肟治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎疗效与亚胺培南／西司他丁相当，头孢吡肟可作为一线用药治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the curative effect of cefepime on ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) and compare it with that of imipenem/cilastatin. METHODS A total of 52 cases with VAP were analysed. From them 24 cases were treated by cefepime 1.0g added to 5% GS 100ml iv drip, bid, and other 28 cases were treated by imipenem/cilastatin 1.0g added to 5% GS ml iv drip, bid. All treated 7-12 days as a course. RESULTS The clinical effective rate of cefepime was 81.9% and the cure rate was 77.3%, and that of imipenem/cilastatin were 84.2% and 80.0%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The curative effect of both them is equal in treatment of VAP, cefepime could be firstly selected to use in treatment of VAP. |
