| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨一种一个点刺激检测运动神经传导功能的方法。方法:对80例前臂运动神经传导速度正常患者的正中神经肘—屈指浅肌潜速率按距离不同分成3组,进行回顾性分析。结果:由实测潜伏期计算出的潜速率,距离不同的各组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。距离短的潜速率慢。把实测潜伏期减去1ms后计算得出的潜速率,距离不同的各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:实测潜伏期减去1ms后进行计算,距离不同的各组潜速率相同。此方法可用于仅限于一个刺激点的运动神经的检查。
