| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨荧光定量PCR技术在性病预后诊断中的应用。方法 用荧光定量PCR法追踪检测25例性病门诊患者淋球菌(NG)。结果 荧光定量PCR法能够检测淋病的治疗效果。结论 荧光定量PCR技术具有高灵敏性、高特异性、高精确性、效率高和污染小等特点，是一种有效、快速和简便的检测方法，具有广泛应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of prognosis of gonorrhoea using Fluorescence Quantitative PCR(FQ PCR). Method Prognosis of gonorrhoea of 25 outpatients was performed using FQ PCR to detect the gonorrhoea bacteria. Result The method of FQ PCR can effectively detect Gonorrhoea.Conclusion FQ PCR is a method with high sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, efficiency and low cross contamination, and can be widely applied for diagnosis. |
