| 摘 要： | 结合慢性肾病合并乙型肝炎３例医案诊治经过，介绍滋肾柔肝，清化瘀毒法临床证运用的体会。认为临床应用时应从肝肾同源、正虚邪实及其湿热瘀毒互结，内伏的角度，掌握正虚与邪实、肝肾阴虚与脾肾阳虚以及湿，热、毒、瘀的主次与兼夹，才有助于提高疗效。
