| 摘 要： | 目的：观察常规治疗配合中医综合治疗方案对严重创伤肠道功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法：严重创伤肠道功能障碍患者63例，分为常规治疗配合中医综合治疗组（观察组）33例和常规治疗组（对照组）30例，疗程5天。观察两组临床症状变化情况和脓毒症发生率情况。结果：观察组临床表现积分改善、脓毒症发生率情况均显著性优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：常规治疗配合中医综合治疗方案可以明显改善临床症状，并降低并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of regular treatment coordinate with Traditional Chinese Medical （TCM） integrative treatment on the patient of intestinal dysfuntion with server trauma.Method： Dividing 63 server traumatia patient with intestinal dysfuntion into integrative treatment group （observing group） （33） and control group （30）o Both of two groups adopted the therapy of regular treatment. Observing group added TCM integrative treatmen. The period of treatment is 5 days. Result： The clinical manifestation score improvement and sepesis incidence rate reduce in observing group were showed significantly difference with control group （ P 〈 0.05） Conclusion： regular treatment coordinate with TCM integrative treatment can improvement clinical manifestation of intestinal dysfunction and reduce sepesis incidence rate. |
