摘    要:目的 探讨冠状动脉搭桥术中取桡动脉的技术。方法 回顾总结494例取桡动脉的经验,介绍取桡动脉的技术和体会。结果 在使用取桡动脉的技术中,所有病人无前臂感觉和活动的障碍,无前臂缺血的并发症。结论 当术前评价证实手部桡动脉供血区域有合适的侧支循环时,桡动脉是最好的桥血管之一。

Abstract:Objective To discuss techniques for harvesting the radial artery in coronary artery bypass graft. Methods The anatomy and clinical experience of harvesting the radial artery in 494 patients were reviewed. Results All patients who underwent radial artery harvest had full activities and normal sensations of the upper extremity on the first postoperative day. No upper extremity ischem has been observed. Conclusion When preoperative assessment confirms adequate collateral supply to the radial aspect of the hand, the radial artery is an excellent bypass graft.
