针灸歌赋中治疗中风的相关穴位分析

目的探析临床针灸歌赋中的中风治疗用穴特点。方法根据明代杨继洲所著《针灸大成》记载的针灸歌赋内容,摘录针灸歌赋中有关治疗中风的部分,按照中风、类似疾病名称及中风的症状（半身不遂、肢体痿软无力、肢体经筋屈曲拘挛、语言不利及不语、口角歪斜及流涎等）、类似症状进行分类,然后进行归纳、综合分析。结果临床相关的针灸歌赋中,涉及治疗中风的歌赋14首,涉及处方30张,28个穴位（52穴次）,涉及经脉10条。结论在临床相关的针灸歌赋中,中风治疗的选穴主要有以下特点：注重辨证取穴;阳经取穴为主,阳明经穴是重点;强调循经取穴;重视局部取穴,结合远道取穴;兼顾对症取穴;突出特定穴;强调泻法,同时补泻兼施,针灸并用;擅长特殊方法。

Analysis on relevant acupoints of treatment for apoplexy in acupuncture poetry

Objective To analyse the acupoints features of apoplexy treatment in clinical relevant acupuncture poetry. Methods According to the recorded acupuncture poetry content of Ming dynasty＇ s Yang Jizhou book Acu- puncture Dacheng, abstracting the part regarding the treatment of apoplexy from the acupuncture poetry, following the name of the apoplexy or the similar name of the disease and the symptoms of apoplexy（ hemiplegia,weak-feeling in the limbs, spasm of limbs, slurred speechand and aphonia, distortion of the face and salivation）, similar symptoms to classify, then we summarize, analyze. Results In the relationship of acupuncture poetry on the clinical therapy, which relates to the treatment of apoplexy poetry 14, involving 30 formulas, 28 acupoints （52 acupoint times） , relates regular meridians 10. Conclusion In the practice of clinical acupuncture poetry, the aeupoint selected in apoplexy have the following characteristics： pay attention to the differential acupoints;Yang Meridian Acupoints, meridian acupoint of Yangming is the key part ; pay attention to select points along the courses of the meridians ; pay attention to local acupoints, combining with the distant points and selecting points according to symptoms;highlight some specific acupoints ; emphasize reducing method, at the same time, reinforcing and reducing of needle simulta- neously;acupuncture and moxibustion should be also emphasised ;emphasize special method.
