| 摘 要： | 采用定向推理筛选方法对龟裂链霉菌原生质体进行诱变筛选得到３４６＃菌株，其复筛时比对照产量高７％，而在６０吨大罐上连续发酵９批，发酵指数比对照高了１３％。

| Abstract: | Strain 346 # was obtained from S.rimosus protoplast mutants by the target directed rational selection. Its yield is 7% higher than CK' in the re selection experiment, whereas its fermentation index of continuous nine batches in 60T fermentor has been increased by 13%. |
