| Abstract: | I the past two years, three cases of salivary duct carcinoma were treated and the clinical features, pathological characteristics and therapy were discussed. It is a kind of high malignant tumor. The clinical features are as follows: frequently arise from more than 50 years old men, cervical lymph node and blood metastases easily. Pathological features are similar to mammary duct carcinoma. Treatment requires extensive resection and radical neck dissection, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The prognosis is dismal. |
