| 摘 要： | 目的观察乳腺癌标本癌旁组织的形态特点,探讨纤维囊肿病与乳腺癌的关系。方法利用光镜和免疫组化SP法对96例乳腺癌标本中癌中心及癌旁组织检测ki-67的表达,进行组织学观察并比较。结果 96例标本中癌旁组织呈纤维囊肿病改变者65例,约占68%,ki-67在B组表达率较高,细胞强阳性表达也较高,而A组ki-67的表达率较低,并且阳性表达较弱,二者比较,差异有显著性P〈0.05。结论纤维囊肿病与乳腺癌的发生有一定关系,但是继发成为乳腺癌的危险度不完全取决于纤维囊肿病本身,而主要取决于是否有上皮增生性病变及增生程度的类型,ki-67的表达说明纤维囊肿病中B组增生的类型和乳腺癌的发生关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between breast cancer and fibrocystic change by observing the characters of their formations.Methods The mammary gland tissue of 96 patients were observed with microscope.The expression of Ki67 was assessed by immunohistochemistry.Results The fibrocystic change rate was 68%.The expression of Ki67 in the B group was the higher than that in A group（P0 05）.Conclusion Fibrocystic change and breast cancer has certain relationship.The expression of ki67 in group B shows the hyperplasia of types and closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer. |
