| 摘 要： | 以北京中医药大学东方医院的伦理审查委员会为例，通过分析伦理审查全过程，在不断的学习和实践中认识到伦理审查委员会（IRB）伦理审查质量的保障有赖于组建一支独立、负责、稳定、进取的专家队伍，制定并严格执行规范的审查工作制度，同时寻求外部质量评估认证推动自身的改进与提高。

| Abstract: | Taking the affiliated oriental hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine as an example, this paper introduces the whole procedure of ethics review, and comes up with the conclusion that an independent, responsible, stable, and progressive group of professionals of Institutional Review Board （ IRB ）, formulation and implementation of normative review regulations, and persuit for external quality appraisal are essential aspects to guarantee and promote the quality and further development of ethics review of hospital review eommittee. |
