| 摘 要： | 苯丙胺类物质是一组包括苯丙胺、甲基苯丙胺、亚甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺等在内的中枢神经系统兴奋剂。近年来这类物质的滥用呈增长势头,超过了海洛因及可卡因等传统的非法精神活性物质,已造成较为严重的公共卫生和社会问题。对苯丙胺类物质危害的清楚认识以及对相关法医学尸体检验工作的重视,也就成了当前法医工作者的一项首要任务。本文通过一例较为罕见的甲基苯丙胺体内藏毒致急性中毒死亡的法医学尸体检验与鉴定案例,对甲基苯丙胺体内藏毒死亡原因、死亡性质、尸体特征及病理组织学改变等相关问题展开讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Amphetamine-like stimulants(ATS)such as amphetamine,methamphetamine,MDMA are central nervous system stimulants.In recent years,ATS abuse is more common,which has the trend of exceeding opioids abuse.Methamphetamine is the most popular drug abused in ATS.Its abuse has brought a very serious issue both for public health and the society.This paper discusses an acute methamphetamine poisoning case who was dead,the nature of death,the autopsy features,the pathological changes due to methamphetamine in the body through the analysis of a forensic autopsy examination and identification. |
