应用电视腹腔镜保守性手术治疗输卵管妊娠

目的：探讨腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗输卵管妊娠的手术效果。方法：对118例行腹腔镜保守性手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：其中113例在腹腔镜下行输卵管切开取胚术，3例伞端妊娠直接取孕囊术，1例中转开腹，1例持续性输卵管妊娠。结论：输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守性手术是安全，有效的微创手术方法，是要求保留生育功能的患者最佳的选择。

Treat Tubal Pregnancy By Conservative Operation through Laparoscope

Objectives:To investigate the operative results of what tubal pregnancy treated in a conservative method through laparoscope. Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical materials of 118 conservative operations treating tubal, pregnancy through laparoscope. Results:Among them, 113 cases were salpingotomies. 3 cases were tubal fimbrial portion pregnancy, so, the embryon was removed directly. Another one was changed to laparotomy. Last one was continuous tubal pregnancy. Conclusions:Treating tubal pregnancy with conservative operation through laparoscope is a safe and valid method with minimized injure, and also, it's the best choice of those who want to keep the fertility.
