医院感染和中药消毒香消毒效果的研究

摘    要:为了寻找一种安全、简便及有效的消毒方法,作者研制成功了中药(艾叶、大青叶、白芷、香薷、苍术等)合成的消毒香。中药消毒香对医院感染的常见致病菌有明显效果。细菌杀灭率为:绿脓杆菌95.9%;金黄色葡萄球菌98.7%;大肠埃希氏杆菌97.5%;甲型链球菌96.5%;白色念珠菌100%。病毒灭活率为:流感病毒94.4%;腺病毒98.2%。医院内空气消毒效果平均菌落减少率达77.8%,其消毒效果与紫外线(75%)相似。

Abstract:In order to look for a safe, simple and effective method for air sterilization,we prepared a sterlizing incense which was made of Folium Artemisiae Argyl, Folium lsatidis, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Herba Elsholtziae seu Moslae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, etc.and which was effective on the pathogenic organisms. The bactericidal rates of the incense for P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, E. coli, S. alpha and C. albicsus were 95.8%, 98.7%, 97.5%, 96.8% and 100% respectively. The inactivation rates for adenovirus and influenza viruses were 98.2% and 94.4% respectively.Afar sterilization with the incense the bacteria in air were decreased in number averaging 77.8%. Its sterilizing effect is similar to that of the ultraviolet ray disinfection.
