| 摘 要： | 甲状腺相关眼病（TAO）较为确定的治疗方法包括糖皮质类固醇激素和球后放疗，主要用于中重度活动性眼病的治疗，不良反应较多。一些新的方法可能对眼病具有治疗作用，如抗氧化剂、免疫分子拮抗剂等，但其疗效尚需进一步确证。

| Abstract: | The established treatments of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy include glucocorticoids and orbital radiotherapy,both of which are mainly used in moderate-to-severe and active ophthalmopathy as well as associated with some adverse effects.Some novel methods,such as antioxidants and immune molecule antagonists,may be effective for ophthalmopathy.However,future studies are need to confirm these results. |
