血细胞分析仪的新型质控模式——在线质控

目的:为了我室血细胞分析的各参数结果与全世界拥有该型号仪器的实验室检测的结果具有可比性.方法:通过在线质控(Online QC)模式,XE-2100每天的质控数据经网络实时传送到日本在线质控统计服务器上,自动计算质控数据与同组统计结果进行正确度、精确度和趋势等三方面的比较,并自动判断是否失控,几分钟后可将回报结果显示出来.结果:XE-2100在线质控共45项参数,批号为60650802均在控.结论:在线质控最大的特点在于将传统的室内质控与室间质评很好地结合起来,不仅使每天的室内质控有了国际统一判断标准,而且比传统的室间质评更及时,包含的参数更多.

Online Quality Control-A Novel Quality Control Mode of Automated Blood Cell Analyzer

Objective:Results of our automated blood cell analyzer can compare with those of other laboratories which have same type of analyzer all over the world.Method:Everyday quality control(QC)data of XE-2100 automated blood cell analyzer were transported to online QC servers in Japan through internet.QC data were calculated automatedly and were compared with statistical data of other analyzers in the same group.Accuracy,precision and change direction can be illuminated and whether QC data were out of control were estimated automatedly.In a few minutes,the online QC results were reported.Results:45parameters of XE-2100 automated blood cell analyzer participated online QC,the LOT 60650802 was not out control.Conclusion:The biggest characteristic of online QC is connecting conventional internal QC with external QC perfectly.Online QC made everyday internal QC an international estimate standard,which are more timely and have more parameters.
