病毒性脑炎患者脑脊液检测分析

目的:分析病毒性脑炎患者的脑脊液(CSF)对诊断、病情观察、疗效及预后判断的临床价值。方法:对我院2003年1月～2008年1月年临床诊断病毒性脑炎并且资料比较完整的92份病例就其脑脊液检测进行回顾性分析。结果:CSF的改变可以反映脑损害的范围及程度。CSF改变特点随着病情的好转,CSF的异常改变也随之好转,阳性率下降。结论:CSF检查对病毒脑炎的早期诊断及鉴别诊断、疗效观察和对预后的判断具有重要的临床参考价值,尤其是对病毒性脑炎的早期诊断能提供较为可靠的依据,但其方法学有待于进一步完善。

On examination of the cerebrospinal fluid of viral encephalitis patients

Objective:To discuss the value of the cerebrospinal fluid of viral encephalitis patients to the diagnoses,the condition observation,the curative effect and prognosis judgment.Methods:Clinical data of 92 cases of VE in January,2003 to January,2008 in my hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The CSF change may reflect the scope and degree of brain harmed.The CSF change is basically consistent with the symptom of the central nervous system.The masculine rate of CSF drops with condition changed for the better.Conclusion:The CSF inspection of the viral encephalitis patients has the important clinical value on early diagnosis and distinction diagnosis,the curative effect observation and the prognosis judgment.It can provide a more reliable basis particularly to early diagnosis of the virulent encephalitis,but its methodology cry for further solutions.
