| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝移植治疗肝内胆管结石胆管重建的特点.方法 回顾性分析该中心2000年～2005年施行的6例肝移植术治疗肝内胆管结石的胆管重建的特点.结果 6例患者中3例在移植术前接受过1次以上的开腹手术,2例接受过EKCP和/或PTCD治疗;1例采用经典转流术式,5例采用经典非转流术式;2例采用胆肠吻合,4例采用胆管端端吻合;术后2例胆肠吻合口瘘,其中1例继发感染死亡,1例健康存活,4例胆管端端吻合患者1例因胆管梗阻继发腹腔感染死亡.其余3例健康存活.结论 肝移植治疗终末期肝内胆管结石病时,对胆管的重建要慎重处理.合理的选择胆管重建方式可以明显地提高手术成功率及患者长期的生存质量.
