集中训练结合电话回访对舌癌出院患者语音康复的作用

目的促进舌癌患者术后语音恢复,提高其生活质量。方法对45例舌癌术后患者每月集中进行语音康复训练2次,电话回访1次,针对患者训练中存在的问题适时调整训练方法。分别于出院前,出院后3、6个月对患者语音清晰度及患者满意度进行评价。结果护理人员通过电话指导患者康复训练236例次。45例患者中按要求来院复诊并进行语音康复训练38例。患者满意度提高,发音清晰度显著优于出院前(P<0.01)。结论集中训练结合定期回访,有利于改善舌癌术后患者发音状况,从而提高患者生活质量。

Intensive training combined with telephone interviews on voice rehabilitation in discharged patients with tongue cancer

Objective To boost voice rehabilitation and improve quality of life of postoperative patients with tongue cancer.MethodsTotally,45 postoperative tongue cancer patients were gathered to take intensive voice rehabilitation training twice a month,and telephone interviews once a month.The problems existing in the training were found out and the training methods were adjusted timely.Before discharge,3 and 6 months after discharge,the speech intelligibility and satisfaction of patients were evaluated.ResultsNurses gave rehabilitation guidance 236 times by telephone.Among 45 patients,38 came to the hospital for voice rehabilitation training as required.Patient satisfaction was elevated,and their pronunciation clarity was significantly better than prior to discharge.ConclusionIntensive training and regular telephone follow-up can improve patients′ pronunciation and their quality of life after a surgery for tongue cancer.
