瑞格列奈与诺和灵联合治疗磺脲类药物失效的临床观察

目的观察2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者在磺脲类继发失效（SFS）后改用瑞格列奈联合诺和灵治疗的临床疗效。方法对60例SFS的T2DM患者停用原有口服降糖药,改为3餐前口服瑞格列奈,早、晚餐前皮下注射诺和灵30R或诺和灵50R,治疗前后测定血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、血脂、胰岛素（Ins）、C肽（C-P）、体重指数（BMI）及肝肾功能。结果口服瑞格列奈联合诺和灵早、晚餐前皮下注射治疗后的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hBG）、HbA1C均有显著性下降（P〈0.01）,餐后2 h Ins、C-P明显上升（P均〈0.01）。结论瑞格列奈联合诺和灵治疗2型糖尿病SFS可显著改善糖代谢及胰岛β细胞的功能。

The Clinical Efficacy of Comining Repaglinicde with Novolin to Treat the Secondary Failure of Sulphonylureas

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Repaglinide and Novolin on type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM) patients after the secondary failure of sulphonylurea(SFS).Metheds 60 SFS patients with T2DM were recived Repaglinide three daily and Novolin 30R or Novolin 50R subcutaneous injected before breakfast and supper,Blood gluose、HbA1c、Insulin(Ins)、C Peptide(C-P)、bodymass index(BMI)、liver function and renal function were determined before and after treatment.Results FBG 2hBG and HbA1C were significently debased(P<0.01),and 2hIns and C-P were significently risen(P<0.01)after Repaglinide taken orally and Novolin subcutaneous injected before beakfast and supper.Conclusion Repaglinide cmbined with NovoLin can significently improved glycomeabolism and the beta-cell function in treat SFS patients with T2DM.
