| 摘 要： | 目的总结经后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的经验,讨论手术适应证及手术要点。方法回顾性分析30例经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料。结果全部病例手术顺利,未发生严重并发症,随访2~24个月,无复发病例。结论经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿创伤小、康复快、安全有效,可作为单纯性肾囊肿治疗的首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression of simple renal cyst. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of simple renal cysts treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were successful.Conversion from the laparoscopic procedure to laparotomy was never required.No severe complication occurred.30 cases were followed up for 2-24 months.No patient recurred.Conclusion retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofi... |
