济南市2000-2005年麻疹暴发疫情流行病学特征分析

目的为分析和预测济南市麻疹发病与流行趋势，判定高危人群，评价加速控制麻疹工作进展。方法根据济南市法定传染病报告系统和麻疹监测系统资料，对2000～2005年麻疹暴发疫情进行描述性流行病学分析。结果济南市2000～2005年共报告麻疹暴发13起。66例。全部为本市人口暴发，无外来人口和混合暴发。在本市人口暴发中，1～4、5～10和30～39岁分别占21．21％、45．45％和12．12％。暴发病例中有免疫史的占34．85％。无免疫史和免疫史不详的分别为60．6l％和4．54％。结论控制暴发的重点在学龄儿童。高质量的麻疹疫苗常规免疫接种是减少麻疹发病，控制麻疹暴发的重要手段之一。

Analysis on the Epidemiological Characteristics of Measles Outbreak in Jinan from 2000 to 2005

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles outbreak in Jinan from 2000 to 2005. and to evaluate the status of accelerate measles control. Methods To analyze the data from routine report system for infectious disease and measles surveillance system. Results There were 13 measles outbteaks with 66 outbreak cases from 2000 to 2005.Total outbteaks occurred in native population, no outbreaks occurred in migratory population and in both population. In outbreaks of native population, the age distribution was dominated by groups of 1- 4 years , 10 - 14 years and 30 - 39 years with 21.21 % , 45.45% and 12.12% of the total respectively.In all outbteak cases, 34.85% were immunized, 60.61% not immunized and 4.54% without vaccination records. Conclusion The students is key population that should be paid more attention for the control for measles outbreak. One of the most effective solutions for reducing measles and outbteak is to keep a high quality of routine vaccination of measles vaccine.
