山西儿童蛲虫感染现况调查

目的：了解山西省10岁以下儿童蛲虫感染的总体情况，为蛲虫病的防治提供依据。方法：对山西省4个地区随机抽取的1237名10岁以下儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法进行蛲虫感染的检查。结果：1237名儿童的总感染率为9．46％，其中男童感染率为9．56％，女童感染率为9．34％，男女感染率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。城区儿童感染率（12．48％）高于农村（6．75％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。7～10岁儿童感染率最高（14．66％），明显高于4～7岁儿童（9．25％）和4岁以下儿童（4．51％），各组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：山西省10岁以下儿童蛲虫总感染率为9．46％，蛲虫感染与年龄、生活环境等密切相关。

Status quo of children infected with enterobius vermicularis in Shanxi

Objective To investigate the total infectious status of children below 10 years old with enterobius vermicularis in Shanxi. Methods Enterobius vermicularis was detected by the method of cellophane tape wiping in 1 237 children below 10 years old from 4 districts of Shanxi. Results The total infection rate of E. vermicularis was 9. 46%. The infection rate had no significant difference between boys （9.56%） and girls （9.34%） （P〉0.05）. The infection rate in children from town （12. 48%） was significalty higher than that from countryside （6. 75%）. The infection rate in children aged 7-10 （14.66%） was much higher than that in children aged 4~7 （9.25%） and that in children below 4 years old （4.51% ）. Conclusions The total infection rate of E. vermicularis children below 10 years old in Shanxi is 9.46% ,and the infection of E. vermicularis is related with the ages and life conditions.
