摘    要:目的 建立一种大鼠急性脊髓损伤的动物模型,分析模型影像特征及诊断价值.方法 32只小鼠随机分为对照组(5只)和实验组(27只),对照组只暴露T9~11脊髓,实验组显露T9~11脊髓后采用钳夹法致伤.伤后行运动功能BMS评分,术后对模型均行脊柱X线片、CT、MRI检查.结果 实验组后肢运动功能损伤均明显,BMS评分与对照组差异有显著性 (P<0.01); X线片可见胸椎T9~11局部骨质缺失;CT可见损伤脊髓周围组织有异常信号,但边界不清;MRI可见实验组损伤的脊髓组织T2异常强化,范围清楚,局部渗出液积聚.结论 钳夹损伤建立了可靠的脊髓损伤动物模型,MRI检查对大鼠的急性脊髓损伤具有很高的敏感性和准确性.

Abstract:Objective To establish a mouse model of spinal cord injury(SCI),of which the imaging features were analyzed for evaluation of diagnostic significance.Methods A total of 32 mice were randomly divided into experimental group(n=27) and control group(n=5),in which mice received thoracic 9~11 spinal cord clamped injury and sham operation,respectively.Basso Mouse Scale(BMS),X-ray,CT and MRI were performed for assessment.Results Significant reduction of BMS was revealed in experimental group(P<0.01).Bone defected ...
