试论总医院重点学科建设

从总医院重点学科建设的实际出发，阐述了加强重点学科建设的意义，提出要树立三种意识：即重点学科的“品牌”意识，重点学科的“龙头”意识，重点学科的“前沿”意识。在确定和调整重点学科时，应注意把握：立足世界医学的发展趋势，制定重点学科的建设标准；立足军队医院建设需要，保证重点学科的发展方向；立足医院建设的客观现实，确定发展目标；立足医院长远发展的可能与需要，对重点学科建设进行科学预测；提出了完善政策机制及加强管理监督的要求。

Major Subjects Construction in General Hospitals

This article based on the real situation of major subjects construction in general hospitals, mainly illustrated the significance of subjects construction, and put forward three thoughts, such as consciousness of brand, consciousness of heading, and consciousness of frontier. On deciding and adjusting major subjects, things should be paid attention to as, establishing construction standard of major subjects in accordance with trends of medicine in the world, guaranteeing the orientation of development to meet the demands of military hospital, setting up goal in accordance with practice of hospital, forecasting scientifically according to the possibility and demands of future development. Lastly, the author bring about the requirements for perfecting the policy mechanism and intensifying the management supervision.
