| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨静息心电图对诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法：对42例病人根据临床表现分为3组,分别对其进行12导联静息心电图（ECG）及冠状动脉造影（CAG）检查,并对其结果进行对照性分析。结果：ECG表现与冠状动脉病变一致者27例（64.29%）,ECG表现与冠状动脉病变不一致者15例（35.71%）;A组15例CAG阳性率73.33%,B组12例CAG阳性率58.33%,C组15例CAG阳性率40%。结论：临床上不能单独依靠ECG来诊断冠心病,要密切结合临床表现及CAG指标综合判断,以明确诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of rest electrocardiogram(ECG) in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:42 patients were divided into three groups according to clinical symptoms.Three groups of patients underwent rest 12-leads ECG and coronary angiography(CAG).Comparative analysis was performed among them.Results:ECG findings were in accordance with the coronary lesion in 27 cases,accounting for 64.29%.ECG findings were inconsistent with coronary lesion in 15 cases,accounting for 35.71%.In the A group,the positive rate of CAG is about 73.33%,in the B group,the positive rate of CAG is about 58.33%,in the C group,the positive rate of CAG is about 40%.Conclusion:In clinical practice,coronary heart disease should be diagnosed with clinical symptoms and CAG.The diagnosis of coronary heart disease should not rely on rest ECG only. |
