| 摘 要： | 本研究用脉冲多普勒超声心动图测量23例先天性心脏病房、室间隔缺损患儿的肺循环和体循环血流比值(QP/Qs)并与右心导管测值进行对照。结果显示用无创多普勒超声心动图测量Qp/Qs是可行的。在主动脉面积部位选择上,以升主动脉面积测定的Qp/Qs与心导管结果相关最好,主动脉根部面积和主动脉入口面积分别有低估和高估心导管结果的趋势。

| Abstract: | Puimonary to systemic flow ratio was measured in 23 children with congenital atrial andventricular septal defect by pulsed Doppler echocardiography, compared with right heart catheterization(Fick's method). We investigated the influence of different positions of aortic area (1. aortic orifice;2. aortic root; 3. ascending aorta) selected on measurement of pulmonary to systemic flow ratio.The result showed that when ascending aorta was selected, the values of Doppler echocardiographycorrelated with those of catheterization best, r=0.94; when aortic root was selected, the correlationwas also conspicuous, r=0.86, but Doppler echocardiography had the trend to underestimate the valuesof catheterization; when aortic orifice was selected, the correlation was lower, r=0.75, Dopplerechocardiography had the tendancy to overestimate the values of catheterization. |
