自拟柴胡疏肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎120例

目的观察复方柴胡疏肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者初期给予甘草酸二铵注射液。门冬氨酸钾镁针,静脉滴注,应用1个月后,改为隔日静脉滴注,再应用7次后停静脉用药。治疗组同时口服复方柴胡疏肝胶囊,对照组口服苦参素。治疗3个月为1疗程,连用两个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能及HBV DNA,HBsAg,HBeAg等指标变化情况。结果治疗组在抑制HBV DNA复制,促使HBsAg,HBeAg血清转换方面优于对照组(P0.05);两组肝功能与治疗前比较均有显著改善,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论自拟复方柴胡疏肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Since Chaihu Compound to be the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Capsule Clinical Observation of 120 cases

Objective Observation of Compound Chaihu Shugan the capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B treatment.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of patients given early diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection.Potassium-magnesium aspartate needles,intravenous drip,the application a month later,replaced by the next day by intravenous drip,and then 7 times after the application of intravenous drug stopped.At the same time,the treatment group of compound Chaihu Shugan oral capsule,oral oxymatrine the control group.Treatment of 3 months to 1 course of treatment,once a two course.The two groups were observed before and after treatment the clinical symptoms,signs,liver function and HBV DNA,HBsAg,HBeAg,such as changes in indicators.Results Treatment group in inhibiting HBV DNA replication,to HBsAg,HBeAg seroconversion is better than the control group （P〈0.05）;two of liver function compared with those before treatment were significantly improved,the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Since Chaihu compound to be the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver capsule has good clinical efficacy,it is worth promoting.
