摘    要:目的:研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体对体细胞和生殖细胞的致突变作用。方法:采用初级精母细胞染色体畸变分析和骨髓细胞微核率试验,探讨甲基丙烯酸甲酯对小鼠的遗传毒性。结果:在100-500mg/kg剂量范围内,对小鼠初级精母细胞染色体结构畸变的发生无明显影响,但1000mg/kg剂量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体,可致小鼠初级精母细胞常染色体单价体,小鼠骨髓微核率显著增高。结论:高剂量甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体对体细胞和生殖细胞有致突变作用。

Abstract:Objective\ Mutagenic effect of methyl methacrylate on somatic and genital cells is studied. Methods \ The hereditary toxicity of methyl methacrylate was investigated by analyzing the chromosome aberration of primary spermatocyte and detecting the micronucleus frequency of bone marrow.Results\ The results showed that methyl methacrylate does not affect the structural chromosome aberration of primary spermatocyte at the dosage of 100-\{500 mg/kg\}.But \{1 000 mg/kg\} of methyl methacrylate will cause elevation of the chromatid of mouse primary spermatocyte euchromosome and micronucleus frequency of mouse bone marrow.Conclusions\ High dosage of methyl methacrylate will significantly cause the mutagenic effect on somatic and genital cells.
