青蒿挥发油化学成分的GC/MS研究

摘    要:目的:用气相色谱-质谱法对青蒿挥发油进行化学成分的分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从青蒿中提取挥发油。试用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳分析条件,用归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果:共鉴定了49个成分,占挥发油总成分的89%以上。结论:本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。

Abstract:Objective:To analyse chemical constituents of volatile oil from Artemisia anua L. by GC MS. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted from Artemisia annua L. by steam distillation and were analysed by different kinds of capillary columns to find out the optimum separating and analyzing conditions, then the percentage content of compositions of volatile oil were determined by normalization method. And the constituents separated were identified by GC MS.Results: 49 components were separated and identified which accounted for over 89% of total volatile oil. Conclusions: The method is stable, reliable and reproducible, and suitable for the chemical constituent analysis of volatile oil form Chinese medicinals.
